There are two arms to our food distribution programme:
Firstly, there are schools, churches and individuals who donate food and clothing which Leratos Hope distributes to those in need.
The type of food that is needed are non-perishables:

Some of those to whom we have delivered donated food and clothing to include:
- Unemployed on the Side of the Road
- Ubuntu in Barcelona
- Izandla Zethemba in Gugulethu
- Beautiful Gate in Philippi
- SF Dapula in Nyanga
- Churches in disadvantaged or informal areas who are trying to impact poor families affected by HIV and AIDS in their communities.
Secondly, Leratos Hope purchases food for other NGO’s with which we partner, which is vital for their ministries to function effectively. This food is delivered on a monthly basis, and is specifically ordered by our partners according to the needs of the people they serve. |
